Health/Mental Health Department
This agency, under the direction of the Albany Area Community Service Board, determines the county's health needs and develops programs to meet those needs. This agency administers numerous programs in areas such as physical health and disease control, environmental health, mental health, and substance abuse.
The provides this agency with a facility and funds for operating expenses.
Meetings are held on a quarterly basis on the first Tuesday of March, June, September, & December at 12:00 noon at the Lee County Health Dept, 112 Park Street in Leesburg.
