The Lee County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written bids from qualified vendors for new 6 inch Drainage Pump for Lee County Public Works Department. Equipment specifications and a bid form can be downloaded below. Your written and sealed bid must contain:
If you choose to submit a written bid on this equipment, your sealed bid must be marked, “Sealed Bid – 6 inch Drainage Pump” and delivered to Lee County Public Works in Leesburg, Georgia 31763 no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18th, 2010. All bids will be opened during a public bid opening at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, February 18th, 2010 at Lee County Public Works. You are invited to attend this bid opening. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Bids will be received by the Lee County Board of Commissioners, 110 Starksville Ave. N., Leesburg, Georgia, until 10:00 a.m., March 2, 2010 for the supply and installation of New Exterior Doors at the Lee County Courthouse to be located in Lee County, Georgia. Bid documents are available and may be obtained at the Lee County Administration Building, 110 Starksville Ave. N. Leesburg, Georgia 31763 or by downloading the bid packet below. Bids will be opened validated, evaluated and presented to the Lee County Board of Commissioners for discussion and approval at the next scheduled Board Meeting.
